Welcome to the Central Alabama Youth Football League

located in Montgomery, AL. 

 

The CAYFL organization is a non-profit youth football and cheer league, with the sole purpose of providing Central Alabama's youth with a competitive arena in which they can enjoy the sports of football and cheerleading. In addition, create a family friendly environment to learn leadership skills, sportsmanship and teamwork.

 

With 35+ years experience we are the River Regions' elite and largest

football and cheerleading league. With 10 teams in

Montgomery 

The vision of the CAYFL is to teach football and cheerleading fundamentals, that will

benefit all our athletes at the next level, on and off the field.
